We're launching our flagship store and looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead from the front. If you're motivated by creating top-tier customer experiences, growing teams, and building something meaningful from the ground up — this is your chance.

We're a new outdoor lifestyle retail brand driven by a love for nature, adventure, and real human connection. Founded by an experienced entrepreneur, our mission is to make the outdoors more accessible, more inspiring, and more integrated into everyday life.

Our store will offer a curated range of camping, fishing, and boating related products — everything you need to explore Australia's great outdoors.

This isn't just a place to shop — it's where stories start, gear gets tested, and a community of explorers comes together.

• Set up and launch our new store together with the founders
• Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing team
• Lead by example on the floor and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales and team performance, hitting key KPIs
• Own store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety
• Handle basic financial reporting, rosters, and in-store problem solving
• Foster a positive team culture and a space customers love coming back to
• 2+ years in a retail leadership role (Store Manager or Assistant Manager) in Australia
• A track record of leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence managing a diverse range of personalities
• Strong skills in training, floor sales, and achieving results
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, WHS, store security, and basic financials
• Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Experience with outdoor gear is not required – but a passion for travel, nature, or the outdoors is a big plus
• You speak Mandarin, but not essential
