Set up and launch our new store together with the founders Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing team Lead by example on the floor and deliver exceptional customer service Drive sales and team performance, hitting key KPIs Own store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety Handle basic financial reporting, rosters, and in-store problem solving Foster a positive team culture and a space customers love coming back to 2+ years in a retail leadership role (Store Manager or Assistant Manager) in Australia A track record of leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service Proven ability to motivate and inspire your team Confidence managing a diverse range of personalities Strong skills in training, floor sales, and achieving results Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, WHS, store security, and basic financials Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Experience with outdoor gear is not required – but a passion for travel, nature, or the outdoors is a big plus You speak Mandarin, but not essential Employee discounts across all our products Opportunity to build and lead a store from day one A passionate, values-driven startup culture Ready to Build Something Together?
