About the role

You will have the opportunity to become part of an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly customer service team that works collaboratively, providing support to one another to deliver outstanding results.

About You

We are seeking someone with a helpful attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing a positive customer service experience to the Latrobe City community.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in the customer service sector, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to learn new programs and software quickly and efficiently.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to contribute to a team environment as well as operate independently.
