About the role
Are you ready to deliver outstanding customer experiences? Join Probe CX as a Customer Service Agent and become the essential contact for customers of a prominent Australian-owned bank. You'll expertly handle diverse inquiries, from securing lost cards, providing clear guidance on customer rights, and resolving disputes, to guiding everyday banking tasks like payments and account management. We're looking for individuals passionate about providing accurate, efficient, and genuinely empathetic support, dedicated to timely resolutions, effective escalation, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure every customer interaction is positive and seamless.

Multiple full time positions available
4-day work week roster
Full time
Fixed Term 6 month contract with potential for longer.
Operates Monday through Saturday 8am to 8pm
Australian based role
Main Activities
- Inbound and some outbound calls
- Escalate and or resolve complaints
- General inquiries
- Stopping and reissuing lost and stolen cards
- Lodge a dispute if any unauthorised transaction
- Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
