Role: Solution Designer (Master Data Management)

Location: Sydney

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist with extensive experience in managing customer, address, and reference domains. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama, and a strong background in data integration, profiling, and quality assurance. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM best practices and the ability to implement end to end MDM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain master data across customer, address, and reference domains.
• Implement and operate MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Utilize MDM tools (preferably Ataccama) for data management tasks.
• Conduct data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools.
• Design and execute ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes and data standards.
• Implement match and merge best practices for customer data management.
• Support real time data ingestion and integration through APIs.
• Participate in at least one end to end MDM implementation project.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains.
• Hands on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools.
• Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs, and real time data ingestion.
• Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data.
• MDM Administration experience is a deal breaker.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ataccama MDM is preferable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
