About the role :

As the Bookkeeper, you will be the cornerstone of the company's financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, such as :

  • Handling end-to-end payroll processing for all employees; including checking visa statuses for visa-holding employees;
  • Managing all invoicing, payments and collections;
  • Submitting BAS, GST and superannuation in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Participating in monthly finance meetings;
  • Preparing and submitting all necessary accounts to the external accountant;
  • Archiving financial records; and
  • Gaining an understanding of the manufacturing process and the unique, often confidential, needs of the multinational client base. This insight will be critical for accurate financial management and superior client care.

About you :

To be successful in the role, you will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting principles. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, from international clients to the team on the production floor. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable and possess a desire for accuracy, mirroring the precision and quality that the company is known for in its products.
