SHEQ Advisor

Summary of the Role

We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based around our mining service agreement with clients such as FMG, RIO, ROY HILL & BHP on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance This position is FIFO from Perth only.

What you’ll be doing

- Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.

- Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work

- Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements

- Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities

- Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training

- Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture

What you’ll need

- Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable

- Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety

- Current Valid Australian Driver’s License

- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative

- Willingness to work across our Port Hedland and Client Shutdowns as required
