If you are an experienced Electrical Trainer, or a qualified electrician ready to try something new, we want you on our team We're looking for a new group of Trainers and Assessors to grow our team.

If you hold your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or want to transition your career path to become a fully qualified Trainer and upskill our next generation of tradies, we want to invest in you

Join our Mentor program to learn the ropes of accredited training delivery, while completing your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - fully funded by us

As a Trade Trainer or Mentor, you will:
  • Lead engaging training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring tradies.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the Heads of Department to implement effective and holistic programs, ensuring successful student outcomes.
