Crown Currency Exchange is hiring an Area Manager to deliver operational consistency, strengthen team capability, and support Store Managers in delivering exceptional service, results, and compliance.

Why This Role Matters

You will play a critical part in how we scale performance, not by managing people, but by enabling them. You will coach Store Managers, reinforce Crown's standards, and help ensure our stores are consistent, customer-focused, and well run. This is a support role. While you do not directly lead Store Managers or own their KPIs, you will help them succeed every day through operational guidance, coaching, and insight.

What You'll Do

● Support capability by helping Store Managers grow their leadership, coaching and customer service skills

● Drive consistency by reinforcing the Royal Sales Process, compliance expectations, and operational standards

● Strengthen execution through observation, coaching, and support across key operational areas

● Provide insights to your Regional Leader to inform performance conversations and regional actions

● Encourage excellence by identifying coaching opportunities and highlighting team success

● Cover stores within the greater Brisbane Area with limited travel to Far North Queensland

● Work alternate Saturdays building store capability and as point of contact for escalations across the region.

What You Bring

● Multi-site, field-based, or operational support experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services

● Strong coaching and communication skills with a practical mindset

● Confidence interpreting reports, tools, and store-level KPIs to guide your support

● A solutions-focused approach to compliance, service, and standards

● Comfort working independently and spending most of your time in stores

● A commitment to role modelling Crown's values every day
