Overview

intelia, a rapidly growing Australian data and AI consultancy, is looking for Experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to join our expanding team. We're seeking engineers with solid backgrounds in cloud infrastructure. While experience with GCP is ideal, we are keen to invest in and upskill experienced Azure and AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineers who are eager to master GCP.



Your Role

You will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing our core GCP infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable. Your expertise in cloud networking and security will be key.



Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage foundational GCP services (VPC, IAM, Compute, GKE).
  • Develop and maintain secure GCP networking infrastructure.
  • Champion and implement cloud security best practices and controls.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional cloud infrastructure engineering experience.
  • Deep knowledge of GCP, Azure and/or AWS infrastructure services.
  • Professional expertise in cloud networking and security principles.
  • A collaborative spirit, someone who loves working as part of a team.
  • Clear communication with a consultative mindset, you're able to talk tech with engineers and outcomes/business value with clients.
  • A proactive and practical approach, you enjoy making things better - not just for customers, but for your colleagues too.
