New Graduate Occupational Therapist role offering a structured 12-month program with mentorship and flexible work options at Concentric in Carrum Downs, VIC.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
  • Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
  • Work in both clinic and community settings
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
  • Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to support work-life balance
About You

What you'll need:

  • Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Full registration or eligibility upon graduation
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
