Launch Fashion Management is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our premium Fashion Agency based in our Melbourne Showroom. We are looking for a driven, highly self-motivated fashion professional to specialise in building relationships with existing clients and brands, whilst nurturing the strategic growth of our clients in the market.

Launch Fashion Management is a Sales Management and Brand Strategy Agency with showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Representing the best curation of Australian and International labels, spanning from Contemporary, Lifestyle, Emerging Talent, and Homewares.

Our team is committed to consistently providing our clients with honest, data driven feedback that sees our brands stay competitive, on trend and ahead of the curve.

As a Brand Manager for Launch Fashion Management, your overall objective will be to responsibly drive the growth of existing wholesale accounts whilst identifying new business opportunities from both a brand and retailer perspective. We pride ourselves on great culture and a scope of opportunities outside of wholesale seasonal sell process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all relationships with clients and retailers within the portfolio of brands and regions assigned.

- Collaborating with clients to formulate and execute both short-term and long-term wholesale strategies to ensure stable growth across the market and longevity of brand placement.

- Forecasting and budget planning to align with the brands strategy for distribution.

- Range Planning and Pre-Lining with brands to ensure that ranges adhere to gaps and opportunities in the market for stable growth, consistency, and longevity.

- Manage the wholesale appointment calendar, booking in appointments for all assigned clients with both new and existing brands.

- Manage showroom appointments and maintain showroom to ensure collections are merchandised, priced, and ranged correctly.

- Manage all administrative elements of the wholesale sell, including management of sales assets, order entry, account management, database management and budget management.

- Update clients with feedback during the sales period and post key sales appointments.

- Deliver weekly and/or fortnightly brand Sell-Through Reports to clients with detailed sell-through analysis and replenishment opportunities.

- Compile detailed weekly and end of season reports for all clients.

About You:

- 1 - 2 years' experience in a Wholesale Management role within the Fashion/Retail industry. Senior

Retail Experience will also be highly regarded.

- Detailed knowledge of wholesale practices, including product ranging, pricing, and margins.

- Exceptional sales and relationship skills with experience selling collections within a showroom environment.

- Showcase a strong eye for existing and emerging fashion trends, and a solid understanding of brand positioning and of the global contemporary fashion market

- An ability to multitask across several accounts, nationally and adhere to deadlines.

- Analytical and logistical experience. Rehearsed with JOOR, NuOrder and Microsoft Office - intermediate Excel skills, and proficient PowerPoint skills/Adobe Creative Suite skills.

- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to develop strategic plans.

- May be required to travel interstate.

- An ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
