Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Material Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement continuous improvement techniques to enhance material supply processes and reduce waste.
  • IDentify and recommend master data cleansing, alignment, and improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and risks & controls related to materials management.
  • Act as the materials/transportation focal point for internal stakeholders for allocated assets.
  • Conduct demand planning and material tracking in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials, identifying and addressing actual & potential issues.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure that material is delivered by vendors or made available for collection by freight forwarder or 3PL in accordance with required delivery dates.
  • Support reverse logistics processes for materials returns.
  • Support rotable refurbishment process.
  • Generate materials status reports and resolve queries on weekly or ad-hoc basis as needed.
  • Facilitate campaign closeouts.
  • Ensure materials in staging that are no longer required are addressed.
Technical Requirements:
  • Responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient material service delivery from Client managed, Third Party, and Vendor storage locations using Master Data Management, Remote Logistics Module, Materials Requirements Planning, Material Status Reports, Request for Transport Processes, Forward/Reverse Logistics.
