Ready to lead a small, passionate crew in our Macpac Eastland store? We're hunting for a seasoned Store Manager with hands‑on leadership and retail chops to steer our tight‑knit team to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise store sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing retail team; motivate and inspire diverse personalities
  • Ensure seamless store operations, stock control, health and safety, and store security
  • Oversee visual merchandising and basic financial reporting
  • Manage rosters and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager
  • Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere that aligns with Macpac values
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Proven ability to lead by example and deliver top‑tier customer service
  • Strong coaching and team‑building skills
  • Comfort handling a diverse range of personalities
  • Experience in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
  • Knowledge of stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
