Our client is a well-respected Skin Cancer Clinic of over 26 years, based in a beautiful and central Bondi Junction location. They pride themselves on an ethical and professional approach to skin cancer services including prevention and early detection, accurate diagnosis, and treatment.
About The OpportunityAs a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team
- Using computerised systems to manage patient information
- Ensuring a welcoming and empathetic environment for all patients
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience in a similar medical receptionist role
- Experience within a dermatology or skin cancer clinic (desirable)
- Exposure to a sales environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computerised systems
- Experience working with 'Best Practice' medical software (advantageous)

- Full Time Role | Mon 9am - 5pm & Tue - Fri 8am- 6pm
