About The OpportunityIn this position you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
- Coordinating general day-to-day administrative tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to administrative operations within the school.
- Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities.
- Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs responsive to school requirements and current trends.
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, implementing process enhancements.
- Coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing workloads and fostering teamwork.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations.
- Managing procurement activities and financial administration.
- Marketing and promoting administrative services, ensuring programs align with school needs and current trends.
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
