As we expand our market reach, we are seeking experienced and self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. Multiple territories in the Eastern and Southern United States, available.

Position Summary:

As an Independent Cabinet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, building and supporting a kitchen and bath dealer network, within your assigned territory. You'll have the flexibility of managing your own schedule while earning uncapped commissions on every sale. This is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial sales professionals with experience in the home improvement, interior design, or construction industries.

Responsibilities:

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities with kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, showrooms and retailers.

·Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

·Provide product knowledge and design assistance to clients.

·Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order placement.

·Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

·Proven sales experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or related industry.

·Existing relationships or book of business with industry professionals is a plus.

·Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation:

·100% commission-based structure with high earning potential.

·Flexible schedule and autonomy.
