Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Davidson Full time
Recruitment Coordinator (JN -032025-39806) Brisbane, Australia

Recruitment Coordinator

  • Be part of a high-performing, passionate team
  • Support the delivery of high-profile senior executive recruitment assignments
  • Opportunity to develop your career within this leading national business

At Davidson, every action – big or small – is directed to enhancing workplace performance, supporting careers, and making a positive difference to the lives of our clients, candidates, and the broader community. Founded in 1991, we have evolved and adapted over the past 30 years to be regarded as an Australian company that leads in enhancing workplace performance. We have a national presence, and our Brisbane office is currently on the lookout for our next Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Executive Search business, delivering exceptional quality recruitment processes for a range of public and private sector clients.

Reporting to a Senior Partner, you will be part of a team of recruitment professionals taking on a variety of tasks designed to support the delivery of executive recruitment assignments. Our assignments are often high-profile, run to tight deadlines, and give us the opportunity to engage with impressive individuals across the sectors in which we work. We have built a reputation for quality over the years, and the Recruitment Coordinator will work with our team to ensure an ongoing high standard of delivery.

No two days will look the same in this role, and the more willingness you show to take on additional tasks, the more you will get out of it. Tasks will include:

  • Candidate care throughout the recruitment process and beyond – such as booking client meetings and interviews, reviewing applications and screening candidates
  • Co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of high-quality events
  • Supporting marketing efforts and creating content to engage our clients and candidates.
  • Supporting the team's performance through accurate reporting and invoicing
  • Preparing proposals and other documents
  • Administration and customer service tasks as requested
  • Providing systems super-user expertise with regards to our CRM

To thrive in this role, you'll need a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-performance office environment. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication, and excellent problem-solving skills. You'll be adept at managing both processes and people effectively, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including CEOs. You'll know how to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and navigate conflicting requests from stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take initiative and truly make it their own. Ideally, you'll have experience (or a genuine interest) in the recruitment or HR industries, or in marketing, communications, and events, along with a relevant tertiary qualification.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organisation at the ground level and gain insights from a highly skilled national executive search team. We offer learning and development opportunities, along with career growth prospects across our professional services business. If you're a dedicated and passionate individual looking to step into a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients, candidates, and community, we'd love to receive your application.

We acknowledge that companies with demonstrated diversity have more effective and successful teams. Therefore, we welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, workers of all ages, people with disabilities, people who identify as LGBTIQ and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
