  • Serve as the first point of contact for students and staff, providing course-level information and general guidance in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to enquiries across multiple channels including drop in, email, and phone enquiries
  • Develop, update, and maintain student study plans, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and individual goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues
  • Provide secretariat support
  • Contribute to the review, development and continuous improvement of student focused systems, processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Confidently navigate and utilise university-specific databases and systems, demonstrating a high level of digital literacy and adaptability
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, exercising sound judgement, tact, and discretion in all interactions and decision-making

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Family-friendly policies
  • On campus Gym, Medical services, Cafes, Post office, Supermarket and Childcare facilities
