We are currently seeking a Senior QA Associate (Artwork Coordinator) to join our Strategic Technical Affairs team based at our Head Office in St Leonards.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Technical and Compliance, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing product artwork across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will also support compliance activities, contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Pharmaceutical Management Information System.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for Aspen Australia and New Zealand products.
• Initiate and track change requests in Pulse or third-party systems.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders for ANZ.
• Field all artwork related queries.
• Ensure all procedures and work instructions remain aligned with Aspen Group Artwork Management policies and best practice.
• Assist with internal and external audits, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and quality-related technical projects as required.

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline.
• Previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment, with experience in artwork management processes. Exposure to artwork management systems such as Pulse an advantage
• Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code.
• Familiarity with TGA/MEDSAFE regulations on packaging and artwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills.
