We are seeking a skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role in bringing new products from concept to market.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for managing supplier coordination, production timelines, go-to-market systems, and logistics. Your tasks will include:
- Project management: You will oversee the end-to-end project timeline, ensuring timely delivery of components and finished goods.
- Supplier coordination: You will coordinate with suppliers to source packaging and manufacturing materials.
- Purchase orders: You will submit and track purchase orders with suppliers.
- Go-to-market readiness: You will ensure that all necessary SKUs, barcodes, POs, and pricing are in place before launching new products.
- Operational efficiency: You will identify and streamline operational inefficiencies across various systems, including CIN7, NetStock, Monday.com, and others.
A suitable candidate should have experience in a similar role within skincare, pharmaceutical, medical device or FMCG industries and a background in product commercialization or New Product Development.
