We are currently partnering with a well-established and progressive boutique law firm based in East Perth. The firm offers a broad range of legal services and is known for its strong client base across a diverse range of industries.
This opportunity will suit a Senior Commercial Lawyer who enjoys working across a variety of complex matters.
The RoleYou will work closely with a highly regarded Director on:
- General commercial transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Corporate structuring, and joint ventures
- Wills, estate planning, trusts and tax matters
- Business restructuring and succession planning
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in commercial law
- Strong drafting and technical legal skills
- Proven client management skills and a commercial approach
- Experience advising both private and public companies
- High attention to detail, self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
