The Venue

Nestled in the heart of Boonah, a charming rural town with over a century of history, our newly restored heritage pub is a rare gem in the Scenic Rim. Renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, Boonah offers a serene escape into Queensland's countryside, where life moves at a gentler pace.

Our beautifully preserved Queenslander Hotel provides an elevated experience in Food, Bar, Gaming, and boutique accommodation.

From hearty counter meals in the iconic public bar to a new onsite Brewery and elevated restaurant serving pub classics.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Bistro Supervisor to support the leadership of our team in this unique venue. As the Bistro Supervisor, you will supervise all aspects of our Bistro's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare for service periods and events, ensuring staffing and resources meet the needs of the shift.

Meet and greet guests, providing exceptional customer service.

Address guest concerns and maintain our high standards of exceptional hospitality.

Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to promote menu items and ensure seamless service.

Foster local relationships to enhance community engagement and the venue's reputation.

Drive sales through promotional activities and community engagement

Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for staff and guests.

About You:

You'll have at least 2 years of experience in a similar caliber venue and role, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with the community, and are ready to bring your energy and expertise to this exciting new venue.
