Details
- Location: Forrestfield (WA)
- Rotating roster: Week1: 6am – 2pm / Week2: 2pm - 10pm / Week3: 10pm – 6am
- Monday to Friday
- Position: Full Time Permanent
- Selection Process: Phone conversation with our recruitment team, interview with manager, online assessment and pre-employment medical checks

Responsibilities- Operate the flaking rollers in such a manner as to achieve optimum output while working in conjunction with all production team members
- Manage the four rolling lines, making sure machine is running smoothly to ensure that we are producing oat flakes to a specification.
- Ensure all production meets quality, EHS and good manufacturing practice requirements at all times.
- Ensure equipment and process pre-operational checks are completed
- Monitor and control grain transfers from the Mill to the Rolling Line
- Ensure documentation is completed in full and in a legible manner
- Be able to operate different machines and troubleshoot if anything goes wrong.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of GMP requirements and work standards
- Forklift operator certificate (or willingness to obtain)
