OverviewThe Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program offers graduates a permanent full-time position from January 2026, providing a solid career foundation from day one. Graduate opportunities are available in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown across a range of engineering business units.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment including electrical power and data systems, and ruggedised computing and network equipment.
- Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
- Contribute to the development of engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
- Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions for the Australian Defence Force.
- Education: tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
- Eligibility: Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
- Interest areas encouraged: radiofrequency (RF) engineering, satellite communications, RF design, antenna design or microwave telecommunications.
- Duration: 24-month Graduate Program designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work.
- Structure: Learning objectives and a structured framework, with an individual journey tailored in collaboration with your manager.
- Exposure: Remain within one business unit for the entire duration to immerse in team dynamics and project work.
