Marketing Manager – Streetwear Division

Location: Port Melbourne

Employment Type: Full-Time - On Site

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our apparel division. Specifically, you'll drive national brand awareness for our market leading Streetwear brands, shape marketing strategy, and oversee campaign execution across digital, social, PR, and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand marketing strategies in collaboration with the Product and Marketing team.
  • Manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, SEM, EDMs) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee social media engagement, community management, and influencer programs.
  • Develop seasonal campaign assets including shoots, styling, and post-production.
  • Coordinate PR efforts and build strong media relationships.
  • Plan and execute brand events and activations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, reports, and performance analytics.
  • Support wholesale teams with marketing materials and custom signage.
  • Provide insights into product development and consumer trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in marketing, ideally in fashion apparel brands.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Hands on attitude to getting the job done.
  • Ability to work with international partners and multiple stakeholders across various divisions of the business.
