Large Scale TechnologyOne Program

An experienced Business Analyst is needed to join a large-scale TechnologyOne program aimed at modernising core enterprise processes and enhancing service delivery.

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working arrangements

The Business Analyst will lead initiatives from discovery through to go-live and hypercare, working closely with business SMEs, TechOne consultants, change management, and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements across relevant TechOne modules.
  • Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes using BPMN/UML where appropriate.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritised backlog.
  • Define data and reporting needs, including dashboards and statutory reports.
  • Collaborate with TechOne consultants to align requirements with out-of-the-box capabilities, identifying configurations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Produce solution options and impact assessments, including trade-offs like adopt vs. adapt.
  • Contribute to interface specifications for systems such as financials, HR/payroll, CRM, assets, and identity management.
  • Support environment planning and ensure configuration traceability.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise SaaS/ERP programs, including at least one end-to-end TechnologyOne implementation or major upgrade.
  • Strong skills in process design and requirements engineering (BPMN, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Hands-on experience with UAT planning/execution and hypercare support.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and program governance (e.g., PRINCE2, PMO stage gates).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with OneCouncil, Property Rating systems is highly beneficial.
  • Sector experience in Local Government, Universities, Health, Utilities, with relevant statutory/reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of TechOne configuration patterns and common integrations; ability to configure Business Process Automations is highly desirable.
