We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Barista and Coffee Art Trainers at our Melbourne Campus. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.
Role Overview
As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience. You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGIT's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver barista training sessions that are practical, interactive, and aligned with industry standards.
– Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students.
– Teach the fundamentals of coffee preparation, machine operation, and customer service.
– Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
– Maintain accurate records of training and assessments.
– Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
What We're Looking For
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
– Demonstrated experience as a barista in a professional setting.
– In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and machine operations.
– Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
– Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
