Overview

We're on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager who crushes KPIs, inspires teams, owns sales and service, nails organisation and rostering, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing store. This is a 12-month Parental Leave Cover, with opportunities to stay and grow within Rebel and Super Retail Group.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs, sales and customer service targets.
  • Own on-floor operations, stock control, visual merchandising, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
  • Plan and manage rostering to balance business needs and team wellbeing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and coaching to team members.

Qualifications
  • Senior retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Natural ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Confidence in managing a range of personalities.
  • Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
