Job Overview

An Interface Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating interfaces between various project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

This position requires a high level of coordination and analytical skills to identify and resolve interface-related issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of high-end Building services applications and experience working with complex BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface Management: Coordinate and manage project interfaces between various teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve interface-related issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  • Plan Development: Develop and maintain interface management plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to high standards of Health and Safety management required by our company and customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project engineering or interface management roles, preferably in the rail or transportation sector.
  • Education: Engineering or Project Management Degree.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in interface management tools and software, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex interface issues effectively.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working with complex BMS systems.
