Smart Tech | Building Automation | BMS | Data Centre - Middle East, ANZ & Asia-Pacific

Are you an experienced BMS Service Technician looking to join a well-established and fast-growing building automation company working on major commercial and infrastructure projects across Sydney?

We're currently seeking a hands-on, technically strong technician to join a growing service team, offering a competitive package and long-term career progression.

  • Carry out service, maintenance, fault finding and commissioning on BMS systems
  • Work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites in Sydney
  • Respond to breakdowns and provide technical support to clients
  • Complete service reports, documentation, and ensure compliance with standards
  • Liaise with engineers, project teams, and subcontractors when needed

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience with BMS systems (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Honeywell, or similar)
  • Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills across HVAC/BMS systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Electrical or mechanical trade background (preferred)
  • Driver's license
  • Base salary of $120,000 – $130,000
  • Fully maintained company vehicle
