Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Accounting team
- Review and verify financial transactions
- Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders for accommodation, catering, and other bookings processes
- Support the broader team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Admin Officer should have :
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or finance support role within Victorian Government
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to financial accounting and systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
