Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Calibration initiatives throughout McDonalds sites across New South Wales.
  • Provide Quality Calibration services to McDonalds restaurants on a day-to-day basis.
  • Implement McDonalds projects, provide feedback on quality issues, data integrity and any invoicing with relation to their equipment and quality results.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of cold drink equipment and maintain a high level of accuracy, while delivering a high standard of customer service.


About You
  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Agile in ways of working and able to prioritise multiple initiatives and resources.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Electrical – minimum Cert 2.
  • Beverage (Post mix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential.
