Equipment Services Team Overview

Equipment Service (EQS) is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP's fleet of beverage equipment across Australia.

The Opportunity

  • Location: NSW
  • Office: Northmead
  • Permanent
  • Full-time
  • Work Roster – 40 Hours, Mon-Fri
  • No weekend work, no on-call work
  • Start and finish time - flexible but early morning starts preferred
  • Travel – overnight or regional - 1 or 2 nights per month

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Calibration initiatives throughout McDonald's sites across New South Wales. Key responsibilities include providing Quality Calibration services to McDonald's restaurants, implementing projects, providing feedback on quality issues, ensuring data integrity, and managing invoicing related to equipment and quality results. The role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service, a willingness to develop knowledge of cold drink equipment, and high attention to accuracy.

  • Quality - Ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit, adhering to standard processes, and using IT tools correctly.

About You

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Agile in ways of working and able to prioritize multiple initiatives/resources.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Electrical – minimum Cert 2.
  • Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge preferred but not essential.
