We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants will ideally be passionate, motivated and skilled educators who are committed to improving outcomes for every child, every day through Sheoak Grove's whole school approaches, explicit teaching, and high impact instructional strategies.

Applicants should have a strong capacity to plan and deliver differentiated, engaging programs with a solid knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum. They should embrace our Instructional Playbook, including structured literacy, Back-to-Front Maths, daily reviews, cooperative learning, and embedding Personal and Social Capabilities in every lesson.

It is highly desirable that applicants are committed to building positive and respectful relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community, and are culturally responsive in their practice. Applicants should have a strong capacity to support the social and emotional wellbeing of students by creating safe, inclusive and engaging environments where every child feels valued and connected.

Eligibility

To work with us, you must:

• hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.
• apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
• consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
