ERP Data Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Data Governance Manager to drive the successful transformation of ERP platform, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and data excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks in line with industry best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP and related systems.
- Facilitate business process mapping workshops, engaging stakeholders to define current and future state operations aligned with Oracle ERP transformation.
- Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements.
- Support the ERP Project Manager in delivering key transformation milestones, offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimisation.
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality, and business analysis, ideally in an ERP transformation context.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting skills.
