Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced data governance professional to drive the successful transformation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks in line with industry best practices, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP systems.
  • Facilitate business process mapping workshops, engaging stakeholders to define current and future state operations aligned with Oracle ERP transformation.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimisation.
  • Support the project in delivering key transformation milestones, providing expertise on data governance and business analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, and business analysis, ideally in an ERP transformation context.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting skills.
