Recharge Controller – Head Office, Normanton

Job Function: To support the Service, Technical and Recharge Team

Reporting to: Customer Experience and Recharge Manager.

Liaising with: Service and Technical Teams, Workshops, Finance and Customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a focused and passionate person to become part of a dynamic team at our Normanton Head Office as a Team Administrator. You will support the Service and Recharge Manager with all day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending PCN Charges on to Customers.
  • Chasing Customers for PO Numbers and actioning Po Numbers received
  • First Notifications of damage to customers
  • Chasing Garages for updates regarding repairs
  • Complete Exchange Requests
  • Follow company's Employee handbook policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties requested by your manager.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • Detail orientated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask.
