Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to expert for parts management, driving cost savings and ensuring critical components are available to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Based at our Belmont office, identify potential savings in inventory and optimise stock levels.
  • Ensure all parts are available when required, following trade practice and Coates Service standards.
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with Branches regarding part deliveries and anticipated time to repair.
  • Actively manage suppliers and subcontractors around time and cost on part warranties.
  • Deliver ongoing technical support, coaching and mentoring to maintenance staff.

What You'll Bring To The Role
  • Proven experience in a similar role in mining, construction, automotive or manufacturing industries is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised and able to self-manage time and workload to meet deadlines.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
