  • Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival; be the friendly face they remember
  • Phone Management: Handle 30-50 incoming phone calls per day with professionalism and efficiency
  • Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules
  • Quoting & Product Navigation: Generate general quotes via our website
  • Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium
  • Administration Tasks: Daily till reconciliations; processing and filing purchase orders; scanning invoices and record-keeping
About The Role

The Automotive Receptionist will juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is essential. You'll be trained and supported every step of the way.
