Overview

We're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to support Atlas Copco's Blacktown-based Service Sales Team, servicing a wide range of industries with innovative compressed air solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Engaging with customers to promote Atlas Copco's products and services.
  • Supporting the external sales team by managing enquiries and identifying new opportunities.
  • Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and positive outcomes.
To Succeed, You Will Need
  • Experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in a technical or service-related industry.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering helpful and responsive service.
  • Goal-oriented approach with motivation to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology, including MS Office; CRM (C4C advantageous) and SAP experience is a plus.
