Responsibilities
  • Senior User Experience Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and consistently achieve research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Influence product design and process, end user experience, product direction, market strategy or similar through research findings.
Qualifications
  • Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains
  • Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.)
  • Experience with quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, analysis, etc.)
  • Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors
  • Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to varied stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong critical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills; fluency in English
  • Collaborative mindset in a dynamic, data-driven environment
