Reporting to: Senior Development Team and Managing Director
About the Role
We're assisting a well-regarded property developer with their next hire as they look to expand their team to meet increasing project demands. They're open to either an experienced Assistant Development Manager or a Junior Development Manager — someone capable and hands-on, without the need for senior strategic experience.

The focus of the role is supporting project delivery across a strong pipeline of multi-residential developments, with a preference for someone confident in feasibility analysis, contractor scoping, and liaising with cost consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of multi-residential development projects.
  • Prepare and revise feasibility models and cost plans.
  • Assist with contractor scoping, tender reviews, and procurement processes.
  • Liaise with consultants, builders, and internal stakeholders to progress projects.
  • Coordinate documentation and approvals as required during project lifecycle.
  • Manage timelines, reporting, and project tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as an ADM or early-career DM within a property developer or consultancy.
  • Background in multi-residential development is essential
  • Strong understanding of feasibility modelling, cost plans, and contractor scoping.
  • Commercially minded with good attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing project priorities.
Package
