Overview

Business Development Manager - Freight & Transport at Insync. Western Sydney location. Local Intl Freight & Transport Sales Exp Essential. Up to $160K Base + Super + Commission. A highly successful and rapidly growing business within the Transport, Logistics, and Warehousing sector is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their Sydney team. This role offers the chance to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored transport and logistics solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional service
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and manage tenders
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and represent the business at client meetings and industry events
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role within the Transport / Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to generate leads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
