We're on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to join our energetic team in Crestmead. This is a full-time opportunity that's perfect for someone eager to grow their sales career in a future-focused industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide tailored solar solutions
  • Stay ahead of the game by gathering market insights and competitor intel

What We're Looking For

You're not just a people person — you're a problem solver, a relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (sales/account management ideal)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident negotiator with a knack for solving challenges
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of solar products
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or renewable energy is a bonus
