TheShire of Esperanceis seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead ourRanger and Emergency Servicesteam. About the Role: As theManager of Rangers & Emergency Services, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Ranger Services and Emergency Services. You'll play a key role in working with the community and stakeholders,delivering on Council's objectives and ensuring alignment with the Shire's Long-Term Financial Plan.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities

  • Ability to interpret and enforce legislation and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of ranger operations and community safety procedures

What We Offer

Contract Term:3–5 years (performance-based)

Salary:$115,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
