If you are passionate about delivering a high standard of patient centred care and want to advance your career, we would love to hear from you.**The Position – Sterilisation Technician*** Daily supervision of CSSD staff in liaison with Supervisor ensuring required tasks and relevant standards are met.* Prepares for, and deals with equipment received as per policy statements for appropriate decontamination processes.* Prepares for, and carries out assembly, packaging and sterilizing processes within the department and related areas as per policy statements.* Monitors processing activities as per policy statement.* Performs sterilization duties as required.* Ensure efficient use and maintenance of equipment and material resources in department and related areas.* Check relevant inventory to ensure adequate supplies are ordered, prepared and ready for use.* Monitor the use of storage areas in the department and related areas.* Ensures accurate records are maintainedApplications will be considered over the next six months for Sterilisation positions as they become available.
