OverviewSince 1981, Merrell has been a leading provider of performance outerwear, helping people conquer the elements and reach their summits. Part of Accent Group Limited, we focus on performance and lifestyle footwear nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 6 stores across Victoria & Tasmania.
What We Look for in a Leader- Passion for the Merrell brand and outdoor activities
- Experience in multi-site retail management
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple store locations
- Manage store operations to meet sales, KPI, visual merchandising, stock, wage, and shrinkage targets
- Motivate and develop store teams to achieve sales and value targets
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Control wage costs and manage rosters effectively
- Coach Store Managers on recruitment, performance reviews, and team development
- Ensure health and safety compliance according to legislation
