Clinical Nurse Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide clinical leadership and direction for the management of patients with wound management and skin integrity needs.
The ideal candidate will have advanced level clinical expertise in the assessment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of wound management, including knowledge of relevant standards and best practice principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to nursing, medical and allied health clinicians to achieve service delivery objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address wound management and skin integrity needs across the organization.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Holds or working towards a relevant post graduate tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated expertise in wound management and skin integrity care.
