Food & Beverage Attendants - The Workshop Kitchen, Tamworth

We're expanding our team at The Workshop Kitchen, Tamworth's iconic restaurant, and are looking for casual Food & Beverage attendants. Immediate start may be available for successful candidates.

About the role: If you love good food, wine & people and can pour a glass or two, we'd love to meet you. We provide in-depth training, so experience isn't essential—bring a positive attitude, flexible work ethic and a smile. Shifts may include days, nights & weekends. You must be reliable and ready to contribute to a high-standard guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily F&B service for breakfast, lunch and dinner as required.
  • Pour beverages, engage with guests, and support service colleagues to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Follow safety and service standards; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Be reliable with shifts (days, nights, weekends) and adhere to schedule commitments.
  • Leverage training provided to develop skills in hospitality service.
Qualifications
  • High standards of presentation for self and work.
  • Excellent communication and people skills; knowledge of hospitality best practices.
  • Hands-on, positive, and able to foster a fun work environment.
  • Motivated, able to take direction, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to deliver memorable guest experiences with a high level of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy setting.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Previous restaurant, bar, or barista experience is welcome but not mandatory.
